> CORPORATE SALES MANAGER (TORONTO AREA) | MISSISSAUGA, ON | APPLY NOW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to lead our GTA sales operations across both builder and retail channels, including overseeing our Barrie and Kitchener locations. This role is responsible for managing our sales teams and overseeing sales to single-family and multi-family builders, as well as custom home builders and our retail (renovation/remodeling) customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a strong B2B background (ideally in the residential construction industry), a proven ability to drive revenue growth, and hands-on experience developing and executing high impact sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to manage key accounts, expand market presence, and play a critical role in the company’s overall success through innovative sales strategies, team leadership and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• IDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets across various markets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
• Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional account management and customer service
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management

Requirements:
• Degree in Business
• Proven experience in Managing B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products
• Strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management
• Experience in cabinet manufacturing or construction industry an asset
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
• Self starter, proactive thinker and problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

> ACCOUNTING MANAGER (TORONTO AREA) | MISSISSAUGA, ON | APPLY NOW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail orientated Accounting Manager to lead and support the Accounting team. Along with leading the team, you will play a key role in financial reporting, month and year end close, continuous system improvements, audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets to support management decision-making.
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation and conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain precise financial records.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation
• Supervise accounting staff, providing training and guidance on best practices and software usage.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
• 5+ years experience managing or supervising Accounting Department
• Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role in manufacturing environment an asset
• Experience in Navision an asset
• Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory compliance standards.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to come into the office 5 days per week

> INDUSTRIAL MILLWRIGHT (Woodworking Industry) | MISSISSAUGA, ON | APPLY NOW

AyA is looking for a Industrial Millwright (woodworking) to join our head office manufacturing team in Mississauga in a full-time position.

Duties:
- Inspect, repair, assemble, install, adjust and do preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment. Experience in the woodworking industry an asset
- Preventative maintenance on machines as per work orders and schedule
- Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems and installations, power transmission systems, chains, belts, gear drives
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose malfunctions and determine the need for adjustment or repair
- Read and interpret blue prints with knowledge of OEM equipment manuals to follow sketches and diagrams to perform required maintenance and service
- Work towards continuous improvement in policies and procedures for manufacturing

Education/ Experience:
- Ontario Millwright Licensed Mechanical trade certification (433A)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience (preferably in cabinetry or office furniture manufacturing environment)
- Must have experience on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, power transmission systems, gear drives, belts, chains
- Strong technical and mathematical skills
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Lift Truck, zoom boom, scissor lift certification an asset
- Excellent communication, time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Retail Designer/Sales Representatives to achieve/surpass monthly sales quotes and increase closing ratio
- Coach and provide strategic guidance to Designers/Sales Representatives to support them in achieving their business objectives
- Liaison with manufacturing and engineering regarding new product development
- Contract negotiations
- Monthly sales and forecasting reports
- Facilitate sales meetings
- Participate in industry trade shows and other events to promote company’s product lines
- Some travel required between Toronto and Mississauga Showroom as well as job sites

Education/ Experience:
- College or University Degree
- 5 or more year’s sales supervisory/management experience
